Canadian Tactical Solutions (CTS) offers a 10-day Limited Manufacture Warranty for replacement in case of defect including; rips & tears, delamination, or any other manufacture defects on all our products including ballistic products and clothing or accessories caused by regular use within the 10-day period. In case of warranty, the customer will be responisble for providing supporting evidence of manufacturer defect to our sales team. Please refrain from sending your product(s) to our office until directed to do so by our staff.

5 year limited warranty on all ballistic products adhere to the same values as stated above and must be free of excessive wear & tear, cracks, dents or misuse caused by the customer.

In the case of our ballistic products stopping any threat while being worn while on active duty or lawful personal defense CTS will replace your product for free when provided with accompanying Police Report or Incident Number. We ask that you send the used product back to CTS for inspection.

In these cases, the customer will not be responsible for any associated or shipping costs of a new item.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping and providing original receipt, pictures or other proof via e-mail or in writing "ATTN: CTS Warranties" to canadiantacticalsolutions@outlook.com / Unit 28-20 New Credit Road, Hagersville, Ontario, Canada, N0A 1H0. All warranty items shall be returned with original packaging; except in cases of threat stoppage outside of the 10-day period while being worn as mentioned above. CTS reserves the right to make the final judgments on all claims. CTS reserves the right to refuse any ballistic items used in any conflict or war from this policy.
