Canadian Tactical Solutions (CTS) is committed to conducting business in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, transportation, importation, exportation, transfer, ownership, and use of any product purchased from CTS complies with all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, state, municipal, and local laws within their jurisdiction.

Laws governing body armor, tactical equipment, and related products may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change without notice. CTS does not provide legal advice and makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of any product in a customer's specific jurisdiction.

By purchasing from CTS, customers acknowledge and accept full responsibility for determining and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with CTS, the customer represents and warrants that:

• They are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and use the products ordered.

• They are not prohibited by law from acquiring or possessing body armor, ballistic products, tactical equipment, or related items.

• All information provided during the purchasing process is accurate, complete, and truthful.

• The purchase is being made for lawful purposes only.

CTS reserves the right to request additional information or documentation where permitted by law to verify eligibility, identity, or compliance requirements.

Intended Lawful Use

CTS products are intended solely for lawful personal, professional, recreational, training, occupational, security, military, law enforcement, emergency services, and protective applications where permitted by law.

Customers agree not to use, possess, transfer, resell, or distribute CTS products for any unlawful purpose, criminal activity, or prohibited use.

CTS assumes no responsibility for misuse of its products or for any consequences arising from unlawful possession, transfer, modification, or use.

Orders & Fulfillment

Please note that order processing and shipping may take up to 2–3 weeks. While we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, some items may be made to order, produced in limited batches, or fulfilled through specialized manufacturing and supplier partners. This means lead times can vary depending on product demand, production schedules, and inventory availability. We appreciate your patience as each order is prepared with care to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipment. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that delivery timeframes may vary and are not guaranteed to be immediate.

Product Information & Specifications

CTS strives to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, measurements, ratings, certifications, and performance information.

However, product specifications, materials, dimensions, colors, weights, features, and availability may change without notice due to manufacturing improvements, supplier changes, product updates, or other operational requirements.

Minor variations between product photographs and delivered products may occur and shall not be considered defects or grounds for return, refund, or replacement.

CTS reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Export, Transfer & Resale Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable export, import, transfer, customs, sanctions, and trade-control laws and regulations governing the products purchased from CTS.

Products purchased from CTS may be subject to restrictions in certain jurisdictions.

CTS shall not be liable for any delays, seizures, penalties, fines, denied shipments, confiscations, or legal consequences resulting from a customer's failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse Service

All orders submitted to CTS are subject to review and acceptance.

CTS reserves the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, limit, cancel, or decline any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or fraudulent activity

• Inaccurate or incomplete customer information

• Suspected violation of applicable laws or regulations

• Product availability issues

• Pricing or administrative errors

• Concerns regarding customer eligibility or intended use

In the event an order is cancelled prior to shipment, any authorized payment will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws and payment processing requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the purchase, possession, use, misuse, inability to use, transfer, storage, transportation, or performance of any product sold by CTS.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and includes, but is not limited to, claims for lost profits, lost income, lost opportunities, business interruption, property damage, personal injury, or other economic losses.

Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Assumption of Risk

Customers acknowledge that tactical equipment, protective equipment, and ballistic products are intended to help reduce risk but cannot eliminate risk.

The use of protective equipment involves inherent risks, including the possibility of serious injury, permanent disability, or death.

By purchasing and using CTS products, customers voluntarily assume all risks associated with their possession and use and agree that no product can guarantee protection against all threats, hazards, or circumstances.

Product Modifications

Any modification, alteration, repair, customization, disassembly, or unauthorized change made to a product after purchase may affect its performance, safety, compliance, warranty eligibility, or intended functionality.

CTS assumes no responsibility or liability for products that have been modified or altered after delivery.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from the purchase or use of CTS products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the CTS website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or using any product supplied by CTS, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Compliance & Terms of Sale, as well as all applicable CTS policies, warranties, and disclaimers.
